The Cooperative Memorial Society (CMS) is a member-run organization. Our members elect a volunteer board of directors to guide our work and ensure we stay true to our mission. This means transparency, fairness, and decisions made in the best interest of our members. At CMS, our members come first—always.
Annual General Meeting
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year so Cooperative Memorial Society (CMS) members come together to:
- Hear Updates – Learn about CMS’s activities, finances, and plans for the future.
- Vote on Important Decisions – Members have a say in key matters, including electing the Board of Directors.
- Ask Questions & Share Feedback – It’s an opportunity to engage with CMS leadership and help shape the direction of the organization.
As a member-run cooperative, CMS values your participation. The AGM is your chance to stay informed, have your voice heard, and ensure we continue serving our members effectively.
Our next AGM is February 28, 2026.
