Each funeral home we partner with offers their own version of the plans listed below, with pricing and details that fit their local services. While the exact cost and structure may vary by provider, all plans follow CMS’s guidelines to ensure fairness, clarity, and dignity.

Guarantees on Prepaid Plans
If you prepay with a funeral home while they are an active CMS partner, your selected plan and pricing will be honoured, even if the provider is no longer under contract when services are needed.
$35 Admin Fee
A one-time $35 fee is collected by the funeral home to help CMS maintain operations. This fee supports our part-time staff, membership services, and secure data storage.
